History

For more than 18 years Hillman Consulting Services (HCS) has been dedicated to advancing the practical use of computer technology for engineering, educational, and business purposes.

HCS is located in far-off exotic West Bend, Wisconsin, at the north end of downtown on the second floor of the Oakhill Building. We were incorporated in 1983 with an initial focus on CAD/CAM (Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing). In 1994 we helped bring the Internet to West Bend and the Washington County area and with the start of our newest division, HCS Designs, we have helped local businesses make a name for themselves on the Internet with quality web designs.

HCS was founded in 1983 by Charlie and Gaytha Hillman.
